Gliding at altitude 3700m

Liftoplane: gliding at altitude 3700m RSI: gliding at altitude 3700m

The time scaling is 1:1

For this operation, the rotors are stopped and locked against a rotation. The aircraft has a horizontal speed of 60.18 m/s and a descent speed of 4.14 m/s. Inflow stays 1.99 m/s. The calculated equivalent LDR is 14.1, but the observed glide ratio is about 14.5. This difference exists due to a remained small deceleration of the aircraft, which is about 0.002g. This deceleration exists due to the vertical gradient of air density. The aircraft is handled by using the biangular handling based on angles of attack with values of 1.5° and 1.0°. The rotors have a PGS-state (1.2°, 0.5°, 0°), reflecting almost flat distribution of the wings pitches.
