During this operation, the rotors have a somewhat decreased high forward winding speed of about 19.6 m/s, providing acceleration of about 0.243g and consuming a power of 61.1 kW. The “propelling” mode continues, since the thrust force is still more horizontal, but has an upward inclination of about 38°. Although the thrust force acts on a relative small Thrust Specific Area, the inflow dropped to 1.95 m/s, since the aircraft has the speed of about 28.0 m/s. The propulsion efficiency increased to 94.99 percent. The aircraft is handled by using the biangular handling based on pitches with values of –22.0° and 24.6°. The rotors have a PGS-state (-0.8°, -39.3°, -2°) with the increased pitch, the reduced magnitude of the negative gain and the decreased inclination of the skew.
